Royal Citizen Honours Africa — honouring traditional rulers across Ghana.
RoCHA-21 recognised traditional rulers whose stewardship advanced community development across Ghana's regions.
The programme convened chiefs, civic leaders and cultural custodians for a ceremonial honours evening and follow-on community projects.
